ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner seeks to renew the prayer for regular bail which was rejected on 31.05.2016. It appears that the allegation against the petitioner is specific of having attacked the deceased after sitting on his chest and inflicting repeated blows resulting in fracture to his spleen.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party submits that earlier a counter affidavit had been filed by him which explained the true position and it was only after consideration of the same and also the specific role assigned to the petitioner that the present application was dismissed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35354 of 2016 (2) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner's bail application was rejected only recently, I am not inclined to grant regular bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
