JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149 /341/341/ 342 / 323/332/333/337/307/353/302/120B of the Indian Penal Code. A child of one year was stabbed by someone. In protest against that a crowd assembled and allegedly scuffled with the police. The petitioner and others were identified among the crowd. Co-accused Vasik Anwar has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.10076 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
