JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14637 of 2020 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioners to surrender

before the learned court below be extended by a further period of four weeks.

The petitioners have stated in the present petition that on account of the situation prevailing due to Covid 19 Pandemic, the petitioners could not surrender within the stipulated time, hence some more time be granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below. The learned A.P.P. appearing for the State, Shri Ashok Kumar, has got no objection.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant four weeks further time to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court of J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016, to enable them to avail the privilege of anticipatory bail. The present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14637 of 2020.
