The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1b)a, 25(1-AA), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that on confidential information raided at Sukh Chain Hotel, petitioner was apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner, one Deshi Katta and three live cartridges were seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. In fact, Deshi Katta belongs to Anoop Tiwari and not the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2019. Learned counsel further submits that in fact, the owner of Deshi Katta, Anoop Tiwari has given him the

Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the present case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Kaimur, Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S.
