The present appeal has been preferred against order dated 3rd November, 2014, which is an interim kind of order passed by learned Single Judge. The order of restrain, if any was for a limited period. The court is informed that the writ application is still pending for adjudication therefore, efforts should be made by the parties to get the main issue decided on merit. No order is required to be passed in relation to the order impugned dated 03.11.2014, because the period fixed by the learned Single Judge is of six months is long over.

This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
