The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017 in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.430 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is also not having any criminal antecedent.
