The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of Pankaj Kumar Bind and it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner there is nothing against him. However, it is informed that investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31405 of 2016 (2) dt.12-08-2016 2/2 Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015.
