JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No.43 of 2019, which was initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, but subsequently, on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019. Considering that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two years as an under trial prisoner for the offences which are triable by the court of Magistrate, he is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
