The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No.70 of 2025, arising out of Parwalpur P.S. Case No.91 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. He is in custody since 13.02.2025. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the victim girl were in relationship and the victim had eloped with the petitioner out of her own will.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 183 of the BNSS, it appears that she had travelled to Biharsharif and thereafter to Delhi and got married with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th District Judge -cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Biharsharif, Nalanda / concerned Court below, in connection with POCSO Case No.70 of 2025, arising out of Parwalpur P.S. Case No.91 of 2024.
