2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38234 of 2026(2) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 of the parties and also the fact that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa (Nalanda)/ concerned Court below in connection with Hilsa P.S.
