Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. named accused, Mantu Kumar appeared in place of petitioner in examination of Constable but at the time of documents verification, the aforesaid forgery was detected and accordingly, petitioner and several others were made accused. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.05.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arariya in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016.
