The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Deodha P.S.Case No. 46 of 2014 registered under Sections 201, 307 and 302 of the Indian penal Code. Submission is that petitioner is own brother of the deceased and specific allegation is that he gave a bamboo blow over his head but the case was lodged after inordinate delay of three months without any cogent reason even the injury report was issued after six months and no post-mortem was held over the deceased body.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jhauli Mukhiya, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
