It is informed on behalf of the appellant that earlier office had pointed out that this appeal may be listed before Single Judge and in view of the above stated office report, the appellant made necessary correction in the memo of appeal. Therefore, this court vide order dated 17.10.2019 directed the office to list this appeal before appropriate bench, but in spite of that this appeal has been listed before this Division Bench. Learned counsel for the appellant further points out that no separate bail petition has been filed on behalf of appellant and, as a matter of fact, I.A. No. 2 of 2019 has been filed for condonation of delay, but the office has made wrong report
