2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 618 of 2024, dated 03.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the basis of confessional statement of arrested accused Raj Kumar @ Ajay Dom, the police personnel reached the house of the deceased Deepa Kumari and on removing the mattress from the bed, a country made katta, two live cartridges, two loaded magazines and twelve live cartridges were recovered and neither any documents were produced nor any satisfactory answer was

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The house from where the arms and ammunition were recovered is a joint property and petitioner is not the exclusive owner the said property. The petitioner carries two criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner's period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 618 of 2024, on further condition:

(i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically
