In the light of the liberty granted under order dated 24.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 47773 of 2016 (Annexure-2), the petitioner, who is accused of a case of theft, has filed the present application From the order dated 24.11.16, it appears that he was granted such liberty to renew prayer for bail after 04 months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Sonepur ( Hajipur) Rail P.S. case No. 47 of 2016 subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family member of the petitioner.
