Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(i) (ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the Pick-up van of the petitioner huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered.

Submission is that petitioner had no knowledge that what the driver was carrying in the said commercial vehicle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of the investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
