The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.111 of 2016 under Sections 341, 323, 354, 325, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleged that the petitioner passed lewd comments on her daughter and when the informant and her husband went to complain, petitioner and others assaulted her and her husband. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant with garasa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version being Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.112 of 2016. The injuries found on the head of the husband of the informant are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33613 of 2016 (3) dt.23-09-2016 2/2 but it appears that the petitioner assaulted the father of the victim only when the father of the victim and her mother went to complaint about lewd comment and eve-teasing made by the petitioner to the victim, daughter of the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
