He has sought further six months time to conclude Sessions Trial No. 359 of 2016 arising out of Nalanda P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015, on the ground that the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the record is pending for the defence witnesses and on behalf of the defence time has been sought.

Under the circumstances, further three months time is granted to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, III, Nalanda at Biharsharif to conclude Sessions Trial No. 359 of 2016 arising out of Nalanda P.S.
