The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020, G.R. No. 3864 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injuries received on Jagdish Singh, who has been brutally beaten up by the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.
