This writ petition has been preferred by Bhola Paswan, who is claiming himself to be the General Secretary of Uttar Bihar Bramin Bank Employees' Federation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1455 of 2021(7) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 This writ petition was misconceived from the very beginning as the General Secretary cannot file a case on behalf of the Bank Employees' Federation personally. It the Federation who should have filed the writ petition.

In this view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed. However, this will entitle the Uttar Bihar Bramin Bank Employees' Federation from filing a fresh writ petition for the relief (s) prays for in this writ petition or any further relief. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands dismissed.
