1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i). For direction or commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the Public Land (Gair Majarua Common Road) i.e. Plot No. 48, Khesra No. 54. The said land in question is public land under section 6 of the Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, which has been encroached by the Respondent No. 6."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.8979 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 Officer, Aadapur, District-East Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
