JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and three cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 5.5.2016. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was remanded in another case on 11.12.2015 and soon thereafter, police gave a petition before the court below for remand of the petitioner in the present case but in spite of filing petition by the police, the petitioner was not remanded in this case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28666 of 2016 (2) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 and after filing of the aforesaid petition, he was remanded in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S.
