No. 7526 of 2014, we condone the delay of 51 days in filing the present appeal.

2. I.A. No. 7526 of 2014 is allowed.

3. Having heard counsel for the appellant and the respondent, with their consent, we dispose of the appeal directing the respondent-husband to pay Rs. One lac in one lump sum within three months from today and maintenance amount of Rs. 12,000/- per annum in three equal instalments of Rs. 4,000/- each to be paid in the month of April, August and December, which shall begin from April, 2015.
