2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 379, 411 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner attacked the police party and damaged police vehicle. It is further alleged that the accused persons also tried to get the seized tractor freed from police custody. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
