JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,323,341,324 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that 22 persons including the petitioner came and for old dispute picked up quarrel and assaulted the father of the informant. It is specifically alleged that co accused Bidur Mandal with Lota to the father of the informant as a result he fell down and died.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the postmortem report reflects no external injury and the cause of death has not been ascertained by the doctor. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
