Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 5 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 34, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The seized motorcycle also does not belong to this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
