JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. To issue writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ writs, direction /directions or pass such other order/ orders for quashing the following:- A. The order dated 30.7.2019

2/4 passed by the District Programme Officer (I.C.D.S.). Bhojpur at Arah in Case No, 129/18 by which and there under dismissed the application filed by the petitioner.

B. The order dated 26.02.2021 passed by the Additional Collector, Bhojpur in Anganwadi Appeal No.40/2019 by which and there under dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner confirming the order of the respondent District Programme Officer (ICDS).

II. To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ writs, direction /directions or pass such other order/ orders commanding the Respondents for following:- i. To hold Enquiry of papers, certificates, Adhar Cards, marks sheets of entire academic period of the respondents submitted for selection of Anganwadi Sevika for Anganwadi Centre No. 199 of the village Hajari ke Tola Ward No. 17, Block-Barahra, Dist.-Bhojpur at Arah.

ii. To cancel / remove / dismiss the Respondent No. 8 on the ground of

3/4 obtaining appointment as Anganwadi Sevika on the basis of forged, fabricated and false certificates and file criminal case against them.

iii. To appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Sevika for Anganwadi Centre No. 199 of the village Hajari ke Tola Ward No. 17, Block- Barahra, Dist, Bhojpur at Arah.

vi.

To initiate disciplinary proceedings against the responsible respondents for not taking step for verification of the papers within stipulated period and punish them.

vii. To stay the functioning of the Anganwadi Centre No. 199, situated in the village Hajari Ke Tola, Ward No. 17 Block Barahra, Dist. Bhojpur at Arah during the pendency of instant writ application."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
