1. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 487 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 354, 379, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim causing grievous injury.

3. Considering the nature and gravity of offence, this court is of the considered opinion that petitioners do not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail in the present case.

4. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. The petitioners must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

6. If such a petition is filed in the court below for grant of bail then the same may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
