Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/324/326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that seven persons including the petitioner fired; causing injury near the eye of the injured. Submission of the petitioner is that similarly situated other co-accused have been allowed bail by this Court.
