JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 01.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33837 of 2022 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 01.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33837 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time, because in the address portion of the petitioner in the original bail petition, inadvertently, father's name of petitioner has been typed "Lal Kishun Ray @ Lal Kishore Ray" in place of "Tipan Ray" and the same was typed in the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43776 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 dated 01.11.2022.

The same may be corrected and read as Tipan Ray. The order dated 01.11.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

In view of the aforesaid fact, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
