2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection Kopa P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 06.11.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 118(1), 109, 74, 303(2), 117(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. According to prosecution case, all the accused persons including this petitioner armed with weapon have brutally assaulted the informant due to which he received multiple injuries. It is further alleged that co-accused Ghanshyam Tiwari snatched a golden chain worth Rs. 1,00,000/- from Sanjay's Tiwari neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that from a bare perusal of the FIR, it appears that due to some land dispute, the present occurrence has taken place and there is case and counter case between the parties.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he has assaulted to one, Sanjay Tiwari and injury report of Sanjay Tiwari suggests that he has received grievous injury.
6. Considering the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R and the material available on record, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024 pending in the court of learned J.M.-1st Class, Saran at Chapra.
7. Prayer is refused.
