The Petitioner seeks bail in Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.55 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2016 and he is not named in the written report. The police arrested this petitioner along with one Vikram Kumar with motorcycle bearing registration No.BR 05B 1736 and thereafter recorded his confessional statement.
It has further been submitted that the motorcycle belongs to the petitioner and he has filed registration certificate with respect to the aforesaid motorcycle, which is enclosed as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11577 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Annexure-3 to the petition.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.55 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
