The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town P.S. Case No. 80/15, G.R. No. 536/15, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 3,80,000/- for executing sale-deed but no deed of agreement for sale was executed.

It is submitted that the petitioner has taken Rs. 2,00,000/- from the informant for marriage of his daughter. The petitioner has already returned Rs. 1,00,000/- but a false case is filed. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23446 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 80/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
