JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Derni P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(i-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted that the petitioner is custody since 2108-2016. It is alleged that one country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 to the
