The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered form the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the entire recovery has been shown from a Maruti Suzuki, Wagon R Car from which the petitioner has no concern and he has been languishing in judicial custody since13.04.2019.
