The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a)/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but in para 3 of the bail petition, it is clear that petitioner is an accused in P.S. Case No. 472/2018 of the Excise Act. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 598 of 2018 from the Court of learned
