Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 IPC.

This matter has been taken up for out of turn hearing as Intermediate Examination of the petitioner has started from 26th of this month.

The FIR is against unknown.

Submission is that only material against the petitioner is suspicion. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 07.05.2021. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48632 of 2021(2) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.76 of 2021 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
