The petitioner is accused in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 208 of 2012, registered under Sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but after recovery of dead body of deceased, Prem Shankar, son of the informant, police got recorded the confessional statement of co-accused, Manobar Imam @ Manori, who disclosed the name of the petitioner having hand in the murder of deceased, Prem Shankar. Except that there is nothing against the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17589 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 antecedent and is in custody since 23.12.2016. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Manobar Imam @ Manori, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2013 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 27.11.2013.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S.
