JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(A) For quashing the order bearing F No. BMCL/10050/04-2013 dated 23.09.2013 passed by respondent no. 2 i.e. Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation, Patna whereby the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 30.08.2013 passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15050/2013 has been rejected without due consideration of the grounds mentioned therein and the decision of the Technical Evaluation Committee dated 25.04.2013 disqualifying the bid of the petitioner company has been upheld in mechanical manner.
