For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.15413 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2022 2/3 authorities to remove the encroachment from the Government Land (Gair Mazaruwa Aam) situated in Mauza Jethuli, P.S. No. 1, bearing Khata No. 195 and Khesra No. 1136 admeasuring 11 decimals which has been again made by respondent no. 9-14 after removal of previous encroachment upon the direction of this Hon'ble Court passed in CWJC No. 737/2016.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to take appropriate action against the encroachers and further ensure that the land is kept free from further encroachment."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Fatuha, DistrictPatna for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Fatuha, District-Patna by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.15413 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2022 3/3 Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
