2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.01.2023.

4. It is alleged that petitioner has abducted the victim girl.

5. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C is that she had married with the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42396 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge POCSO Court, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023.
