1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354B, 307, 504, 506,302 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No.267 of 2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a women and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that petitioner is not alleged to have assaulted, rather has been implicated in the instant case by alleging ornamental allegation of snatching gold chain from the son of the informant.

4. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No.267 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
