04.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 02.05.2016. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S.
