This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.08.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of nine months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court.
