2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 353, 332, 333, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a, 25(1-a), 27, 27(2), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier prayer of grant of regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 8.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41303 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months failing which, the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

4. In compliance of order dated 2.7.2024, a progress report dated 5.7.2024 has been received from which it appears that the matter is fixed for final argument. Trial is likely to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46670 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 concluded within one month.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 29.2.2020.

6. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within one month positively.
