This application has been filed for modification of order dated 28. 07. 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31722 of 2014 by which the order was passed that in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, the petitioner will be enlarged on bail in Complaint Case No. 1176 of 2011.

It is submitted that due to communication gap, the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances, the time of surrender of the petitioner before the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in Complaint Case No. 1176 of 2011 is extended by 5th February, 2015.

To this effect the aforesaid order dated 28.07.2014 stands modified.

This petition stands disposed of.
