JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-09-2025 Mr. Prabhakar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present application for anticipatory bail with a liberty that if the petitioner surrenders, the learned trial court shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
