No. 4065 as it is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner under some misinformation made statement that the writ petitioner/contempt petitioner Smt. Rita Sinha left for heavenly abode during the pendency of the contempt application and on that basis the said order dated 11.01.2012 was passed but it is not true that Smt. Rita Sinha has died. For correction of the said mistake the present modification application has been filed.
Smt. Rita Sinha having not died, she is
Patna High Court MJC No.539 of 2012 (3) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 aggrieved by the order dated 11.01.2012 annexure-13 of the show cause filed in contempt application and she is granted liberty to challenge order dated 11.12.2013 and to that extent the order no. 8 dated 11.01.2012 passed in M.J.C. No. 4065 of 2011 is modified.
The application stands disposed of.
