Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is neither named nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and except confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Shri Ashok Kumar-II, learned Judicial Magistrate-
