Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bakhri PS Case No.01 of 2018, registered under Sections 366, 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 6 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Allegation in brief is that the informant's married daughter was missing from the in-laws place for last four years and she was rescued by the father from a brothel and the daughter of the informant revealed that some unknown persons had enticed her away and brought there and placed him in the house of the husband of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lady was not enticed away by the petitioner, she was brought by

Having considered that the thrust of allegation is against the husband of the petitioner, so petitioner Nasima Khatoon is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri PS Case No.01 of 2018.
